    Please be advised there was a meeting with the Glenn Heights City Manager and the HOA Board, as well as a review of the Dallas County Appraisal District property plat, to determine responsibility for the strip of grass behind the fences of the homes on Milas.   • About Your Mailbox

    The HOA has received inquiries regarding the mailbox that was repaired on Autumn. Please be advised, the keys to your mailbox will work, however initially you may find it difficult to turn your key to open your mail slot as they need to loosen up. If you continue to have issues opening your lock, please try spraying the lock with WD-40 to loosen and get the gunk and grime out. Click Full Story for more information.

  • Mailbox Update

    Please be advised that the damaged cluster mailbox located on Autumn has had all the locks swapped over to the new box. If you have a mail slot located on the repaired box please unlock your mailbox, close the door, and relock it. Once this is done the post office should resume service. Please note, it may take some time for the locks to loosen up a bit. We appreciate everyone’s patience during the repair and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

  • Mailbox Update

    Please be advised that the Board is diligently working to have the damaged cluster mailbox located on Autumn Drive replaced as quickly as possible. There is a protocol that must be adhered to and unfortunately an estimated time for replacement cannot be provided. At this time, the homeowners affected by this unfortunate event may continue to contact the local Red Oak USPS office to make arrangements for their mail services.
