The HOA has received inquiries regarding the mailbox that was repaired on Autumn. Please be advised, the keys to your mailbox will work, however initially you may find it difficult to turn your key to open your mail slot as they need to loosen up. If you continue to have issues opening your lock, please try spraying the lock with WD-40 to loosen and get the gunk and grime out. Click Full Story for more information.

Please be advised that the damaged cluster mailbox located on Autumn has had all the locks swapped over to the new box. If you have a mail slot located on the repaired box please unlock your mailbox, close the door, and relock it. Once this is done the post office should resume service.
Please note, it may take some time for the locks to loosen up a bit.
We appreciate everyone’s patience during the repair and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
